During our investigation, Lloyds have said that this is a more complex issue than originally anticipated so it may take a long time to fix. WeвЂ™ve been made aware that transactions on subsidiary cards for Lloyds (UK) and Bank of Scotland (UK) credit cards are not importing in. Lloyds and Bank of Scotland Credit Cards (Open Banking) The bank have let us know that this is only impacting transactions made towards the end of the billing cycle. WeвЂ™re aware of an issue where some statement lines are not being imported by the feed. They donвЂ™t currently have a time-scale on when this will be fixed but weвЂ™ll update this blog as soon as we know more. The bank are currently investigating the issue and changes will need to be made on their side to resolve the problem. WeвЂ™re aware of an issue with the Handelsbanken bank feed where transactions are importing duplicates. Once the issue has been resolved, any missing transactions should be imported via the bank feed. We are currently working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. WeвЂ™re aware of an issue where some customers are missing transactions from their Open Banking feeds.
